My user names are never available because I’ve already taken them. Then I get to repeatedly enter the same information over and over when onboarding. In the future, when I’m interviewing with prospective employers, I will be sure to ask them what payroll software they use. If it’s ADP, I will let them know I’m not interested in the position. I’ve now had 3 separate jobs that use this service and it is abundantly clear to me that they spend all their development funds on the management side of the app with no concern for the employee. From lag to nonfunctional links; a clunky interface to nonsensical instructions, ADP is a chore to use. Each time a new company has hired me, ADP has required me to set up a new user account.
