Child and pet family members will automatically appear in your Walmart Pharmacy account to start managing prescriptions. • Adults (18+ years) must register their own Walmart.com account with a unique email address and link to their pharmacy account. Just select Add or Change insurance before submitting and follow the steps. You may also update your insurance during any online refill or transfer request.
Can I get my family member’s prescriptions delivered with mine?

Adult (18+) family dependents must approve requests before another adult can manage their Walmart prescriptions (see Step 3 below). To add pharmacy access and verify your identity online, follow these steps. An adult without an existing Walmart Pharmacy online account will click the link in the request email and follow the instructions on the screen to create an account. • If your Walmart account is not verified for online pharmacy access, you must add pharmacy access first.
